Instruction covers high technical skills in International Latin (Cha-Cha-Cha, Samba, Rumba, Paso Doble, Jive), International Standard (English Waltz, Tango, Viennese Waltz, Slow Fox, Quickstep), as well as popular social styles including Salsa, Mambo, Bachata, Lambada, Merengue, Swing, and Lindy Hop.

Nikolay and Pavlina design specialized training programs tailored for amateur, professional, senior, and Pro/Am competitive couples. In addition to hosting external guest coaches, they conduct in-depth seminars covering dance history, fundamental technique, basic figures, competitive styling, bespoke choreography, and mental conditioning. These workshops are hosted on-site at their studio or delivered externally at partner studios worldwide.

As World Dance Council (WDC) and World Dance Organisation (WDO) licensed adjudicators qualified in both Latin and Standard disciplines, Nikolay and Pavlina provide expert, objective judging for dance competitions across various styles locally and globally.

To ensure competitors and performers captivate audiences visual-first, Grand offers complete design and creation services for custom competition dresses, show costumes, and elegant evening gowns. Clients can also purchase exclusive, pre-owned competition and show costumes worn by Nikolay and Pavlina in their own high-profile international appearances.
